"Appalling. I am 12 days post major surgery and called the office leaving a VM at 1pm, asking for a call back due to new onset of pain and discomfort. By 4pm and no return phone call, I called again, asking to please call me back in case I need to come in. Over 6 hours later, they are now closed, and still.no.call. Communication to my husband during procedure was brief and lacked detail. I was also not given hardly any opportunity to urinate after surgery before being sent home for FOUR DAYS with a catheter. Post-OP nurses even commentated on the aggressive order disallowing more opportunity to urinate before sending me home with a catheter. Despite all that I was not going to leave a negative review until today when, in pain and after two messages left during office hours, no one has bothered to return my call."
"I recently saw Dr. Raman and I left there in tears. Because I have a high A1C due to Type 2 Diabetes, she said she couldn’t help me with my particular bladder problem until my A1C was 7 or below. My A1C at last check was 14. Not sure how long it will take to lower it but I’m guessing I have to put up with this pain and suffering for several months. She also told me, when I told her about some symptoms that were really bothering me, she said she couldn’t do anything about that! I pretty much had to push her to run a test to see if I had an infection. I have been seeing her or her staff for I think maybe 6 months and I’m no closer to getting help, in fact it’s worse since a Botox shot and I told her that. I am getting a second opinion."
"Dr Raman is very professional as well as considerate and easy to talk to. I am so glad I chose her. Would highly recommend her."
"Dr Raman is among one of the Best Doctors I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, and being a patient of. I feel truly blessed that I was lead to be a patient of hers in a spiritual meaning, I truly believe you don’t meet these kind of Doctors “just because you made an appointment” I was directed by a Higher Power. Dr Raman certainly exceeds the initials behind her name of M. D."
"I had an awful experience with my surgery and my surgeon here and I will never go back. The emergency room at St. Elizabeth and the doctors there who had to admit me (twice) post op( which shouldn’t have happened to begin with) were the ones who did the most for me and took my concerns serious. I would never recommend this office or the surgeons to anyone."
