"Misdiagnosed lime disease for antifreeze poisoning. He Didn't think to run blood test to see if kidneys were functioning ok. Even I knew to do that. The late diagnosis lead to us having to put her to sleep bc it destroyed kidneys basically. I understand people make mistakes but this is the 2nd pup that died on his watch. I'm never going back to that place"
