"This was my first time meeting Dr. Jackson. She was very kind, patient, and listened to my concerns. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new physician."
"Dr Meade has been my doctor for years .I am completely happy with the care that I receive from him and all of the Staff.they answer any questions that I ask. I feel they really care about there patients"
"Dr. Blankenship and the medical assistant that helped me were exceptional! I didn’t not feel judged, I was able to get refills on prescriptions, and I was given options on my care. This place is a community gem."
"The worst medical practice I have ever received!! I was diagnosed incorrectly after a visit with doctor Adams which resulted in a 13 day stay at St. Elizabeth Ft. Thomas hospital and two surgeries later, due to a bowel obstruction. While in the hospital and two days before my first surgery a nurse made an evening phone call to Blankenship, a Bellevue physicians, who proceeded to yell at me for being disrespectful to his nurse because I was requesting to eat 3 crackers. I was utterly shocked by his tone and disrespect for me as the patient and handed the cell phone back to the nurse because I didn't want to listen to him yelling at me any longer. Around the time of this phone call I was starting to have hallucinations due to the amount of morphine I was being given for the severe pain which was now going on 15 days along with no food for this duration. At this time I was requesting that my mother get a notary public so I could have my will and testament revised because I didn't think I was going to make it out of the hospital alive. This physician practice showed me no mercy while in the hospital, along with the office manager for the Bellevue Physician practice, and St. Elizabeth Hospital physician complaint department. St. Elizabeth hospital and physician group has been un-cooperative and unwilling to work with me to set up a payment plan that I could afford and the office manager refuses to accept my phone calls. How can such a large organization retaliate against a single 62 year old women who used their medical service?? I'm dumbfounded and shocked at how I was treated. Patient beware!"
"I just wish they emphasize on rescheduling if your running late. I overslept for my sons appointment I called and ask them what is grace period that I’m in the car now and on my way I was told 15 minutes. I arrived in 14 minutes and when I reached the office was told sorry you’re going have to reschedule. Obviously frustrating because if I was told beforehand don’t try to make it in 15 minutes I would’ve rescheduled over the phone instead of wasting my gas. Service wise you guys do great just in the future please again advise to reschedule if your aren’t going to be able to make your appointment time thank you."
