"WARNING DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!!! At first our family loved Hopebridge and were thanking God for how much they helped my grandson. In July of 2023 I believe a new RBT abused my grandson and when I voiced my concerns to the Director Sammy I was assured he was dedicated to patient care then when my concerns were voiced with his BCBA Morgan I was assured he was never alone with my grandson and yet he was no longer an employee at Hopebridge. He worked there all of a week. I reported what had happened to CPS and the authorities along with our family doctor. Next parent meeting with Morgan we were told she believed my grandson was ready for discharge they felt they had done all they could for him. Next thing we know The BCBa is calling social CPS on our family. CPS investigated and found no cause for concern. When that did not work when my grandson was sick they sent the police for a welfare check. Again no cause for concern.That did not work so they called CPS yet again said my grandson had a handprint bruise on his leg the CPS worker and my son showed up at hopebridge at the same time. The CPS worker could not find any bruises on my grandson and Morgan's response was I do not regret what I did. Since we reported the abuse against the baby they did all they could to get us to pull him from Hopbridge and did all they could to cover up the abuse. On several occasions we were told that hopebridge was a business first and their bottom line is what mattered at the end of the day. They only care about how many hours they can bill they have no regard for the welfare of their patients. My grandson has been sick alot the last 2 months and has doctors excuse for everyday he has missed they finally got their way and discharged him on some lie saying he was a no call no show. That's is ok we did not really want him there anymore scared to death what abuse they will allow and cover up. Hopebridge is supposed to be responsible for caring for the most vulnerable of our children instead they are worried about protecting their bottom line they should be ashamed of them. Morgan said it best "This is a business first and foremost".... made it clear money came first patients last."

"I applied to this HopeBridge got those all the interviews, signed an offer, did 40+ hours of online training to come in on the first day for them to say on their computer it says my online training wasn’t done (when it was and I had pictures of its being finished). They told me they would email me later that day to work out what we needed to do and never emailed me again. I sent texts, emails, and call many time. They then sent me a message about filling a form out about why I didn’t start. I found this to be one of the worst hiring experiences I have ever had. And do not recommend getting a job here."

"I would provide 0 stars. We didn't even make it through the intake process. The workers would not call me back after I sent all the information. Finally demanded a supervisor call back, and they did not care. They messed up the intake process. I sent them my son's information four times, and they still needed it. They had another's parent's email address on file for mine. I will not proceed. I do not trust them to assist my son with all the errors they have made."

"I tried to get my son in last year. They never got back to me. This year I had a doctor referral and I got a hold of them before my son ever even got out of school and now the summer is almost over and he's still not in there. I've messaged them several times and have not heard back from anyone. My son has regressed and has missed out on so much beneficial therapy because this business simply cannot communicate. I was told this process would take several weeks and instead it's been several months and have still yet to hear from anyone. I even asked for information to speak to someone higher up and still not response. A waste of time."
