"Dr. Sanan monitored me closely during my first pregnancy. I had many symptoms of preeclampsia. I was sent to university for further testing in which everything came back fine. I did feel that UC thought I was over dramatizing my symptoms. Dr. Sanan was sympathetic and trusted me when I told her what I was experiencing. She monitored me closely for high blood pressure. After my 2nd visit to check bp it shot up. I was quickly taken upstairs for a steroid shot and transported to university. I was treated for a week for severe preeclampsia then induced at 31 weeks. I delivered a preemie who was in the NICU for a month. I still believe and thank Dr. Sanan for everything. If she hadn't believed me despite the negative test results, only God knows what would have happened. My child is now a healthy, happy and smart 5 year old. If I ever have another pregnancy, I would only trust Dr. Sanan. She was amazing"
