"I purchased the Dimension Trader system in March of 2017 for about $5,000 based on a referral I received in a trading room. In retrospect, I have suspicions this was likely someone prospecting to sell the system. I purchased the system with the intention of using it for automated trading. I was told how well the system was working and it was easy, obviously this should have been the first red flag to run. But out of desperation to make something work, I purchased the system. When I began backtesting the strategies I found that I couldn't get anything to work, especially when accounting for realistic executions after the signals were generated, trade exits and trading costs. As many systems do they look great historically but trading live they just don't work at all. Almost without exception these strategies were not profitable. I then began to trade the system manually also with poor results. There were other shady things as well. Their live webinars and claims of consistent winning trades, of which none are live or on real money accounts, and none are substantiated in any way. I asked them about this, and of course Mike Green had an explanation. I was told because of legal liability they can't show real trading information. However, this is false, with disclaimers they absolutely can show past performance (of which they have never done) not once in any video. The past performance is not indicative of future performance you see on most trading videos and is industry standard. Another claim during one of their sales calls with me was that either Mike or John was making nearly $40k / month trading with the system. Later I asked them to substantiate this claim as well, they refused to do so, and actually told me it was never said. Then the final piece of the puzzle, Greg Kaplan, their star trader and someone who had traded their system for many years. He was also the author of their main testimonial on the site. After I purchased the system and was not able to make anything work, Mike Green introduced me to Greg via email. Greg agreed to have a call with me and to explain how he was trading, his strategy, money management and how he was able to be so successful. On my real account I attempted to trade exactly how he had claimed, the method was simple and the results terrible. I lost thousands more. One day Greg was doing a screen share on Skype with me, showing the thousands he had made that day, how easy it was and he couldn't understand why I couldn't make it work. At this point I had become suspicious and I noticed something strange. The results he was showing on his platform were from a Ninja Trader demo account. It's very easy to tell the difference between a demo and live account from the account #. I confronted him about this and he came up with a nonsensical explanation. He had said after he finished trading for the day, he always switched to the demo account and had made the money again on Demo. But this was the exact amount he had told and showed me minutes before and claimed it was real. How did this all happen? As they say, a fool and his money are soon parted and in this case I definitely was the fool. But I am thankful for the experience, a great learning and life lesson and I am better for it. My only intention for writing is to save other traders considering purchasing systems from Dimension Trader time and money. I have attached the screenshots of Greg's supposed earnings on the testimonial (which has been removed from the site). I suppose anyone could say this review is conjecture and here say, and I'm sure that's what Mike Green, John Reeves and Greg Kaplan will say. But whoever reads this can come to their own conclusions."
