"My review is not good. Had an appt. Went to the office. Went to give my insurance card to receptionist. Was told she already had it. Then told her I'd never been here before. She said yes you were in April. Sorry but t his is my first Visit I then told her there was another person with the same name. After giving her more information she realized I was a new patient. I would need to make another appt. As a new patient and have a half hour appt.. I said forget it I'll find someone else. She said okay. Also told me she couldn't wait for the day to end. If you don't like your job leave. Sorry Dr. Feist. Never been treated like this before."
