"unfortunately, I am forced to leave a downgraded review. Although the policy clearly stated that masking is required, it is unenforced. I have some conditions/medications that may have lowered my immunities. Despite having had all immunizations/Boosters, contracted Covid 19 in February (this may/may not be related to this policy, but was of course caused heightened concern with the Masking Policy) In the Cardiac Rehab Class that I attended, one person would "unmask" when exercising. When I asked why this was unenforced, I was told that it was "policy" to allow patients to unmask. I find it unacceptable that the publicly stated policy is "more a sort of guideline", and feel it necessary to supply the information in this forum. Due to this, despite the good work done by the nurses in the unit, I am forced to leave a "less than stellar review"."
