"Dr. Flanagan and her staff are the most compassionate, caring, and communicative people in animal care I have ever experienced. I have had pets for 35+ years and even though they are an hour drive away, if Dr. Flanagan decided to practice as a general veterinarian, I would drive there. She is so thorough, spends a lot of time with you, explains everything so clearly, sends you home with very clear instructions and her staff always follows up to see how your pet is doing. Whenever I have a question, if I call or send an email, I get an answer so quickly. If you are looking for a Dermatologist for your four legged family member, please look no further."

"I’m very grateful my vet recommended I take my cat here for her mystery allergies/itching. Dr. Flanagan was so great over the phone and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. Curbside vet appointments can be frustrating for me because sometimes it feels like you can’t ask all of the questions you want. Dr. Flanagan stayed on the phone with me for almost an hour while I told her all of my concerns and asked my questions. She also didn’t push for us to try any pricey treatments/trials because it’s not necessary right now. She helped me make a plan I was comfortable with for my Cookie girl.
