"I have used them for thirteen years. Their pet insurance includes checkups. The staff and veterinarians are friendly and compassionate. A couple of months ago, my cat got sick. The first exam showed pancreatitis. When his treatments did not work, I took my cat back, and they discovered that he had terminal cancer. I decided on steroid treatments for my cat. The veterinarian advised me that the chances of remission were slim because his cancer had several organs. However, she respected my decision. After five weeks, I had to put my cat to sleep. The staff gave me a private room and time to be alone with my pet before the procedure. When the time came, my veterinarian explained the procedure and let me hold my cat in my lap. A couple of days later, I received a sympathy card from the staff in the mail. Each member of the staff wrote a note of condolence, which was very comforting."

"My Louie developed a hematoma on his ear that had gotten bigger overnight - of course on a Sunday.. So, in search of a vet open I called Banfield. Not only were they reasonably priced (especially for weekend hours/“emergency” visit) the whole staff was amazing and very nice. They were booked for the day already but managed to fit me in and get my little guy some antibiotics for his infection. And he’s never even been there before.. I would highly recommend this vet. I will be switching and making this his normal routine vet moving forward. Great service, great staff, overall a great experience."
