"While they seemed good for regular visits do not count on them for emergencies. My cat appeared to have a UTI and despite their FAQ saying to contact the vet immediately in these cases they required scheduling a visit 2 weeks out. When I said I was worried that would not be soon enough they mentioned a couple other vets to try, but these places were not able to handle emergencies either. This appears to be a problem with most of the vets in the area as I ended up getting referred to several locations before being pointed to one that could see him right away."
