"While I like the doctor, my waiting time in the lobby is consistently over 60 minutes on average. Rude."
"In October of 2022 I had a first time appointment scheduled with Dr Chandhry. I waited in the waiting area for 70 minutes. I had to leave due to other obligations. I'm sure once I was called back to a room it would have been another 15 minute wait at least (per the norm at any dr. Office talking with a nurse); then another 15 min (at least) for my consult with an actual Dr. When i approached the front desk to inform them that I had been there for 70 minutes waiting and needed to leave, the front desk assistant was kind, slightly chuckled, and stated "yea you need to plan a day to come here". She wasnt trying to be rude, but she was serious in that statement. After seeing other reviews regarding this same complaint I thought Iwould post my experience in hopes that the practice would reconsider the time they expect patience to wait. The current practice policy on wait time seems disrespectful in my opinion toward clients (especially working parents who barely have time as it is."
"The staff of this location in Fairfield are TOP NOTCH!! Every person we interacted with was kind, professional, understanding and helpful. My mom was transported from a nursing home and is wheelchair confined. She was extremely late to the appointment due to transport driver being late to pick her up. They still worked her in and treated her kindly and professionally without rushing her through the process. Several staff and the Doctor were there past closing time too! Then, the transport driver refused to take her home and left my mom stranded. A few of the staff members stayed and called the transport company on our behalf. I cannot express enough our appreciation for all those who interacted with my mom and stayed to fight to get her home. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!"
"Dr Chaudry was amazing and very kind, the staff assisting him was as well. My issue is the fact that when I checked out with the front desk lady I was told that there was no balance due, nothing owed on my part and today 12/31/22 I get an invoice in the mail telling me i have to pay them $147 with a due date of 12/31/22. I was told i had nothing due, so I will not be paying until I can speak to someone and with the holiday tomorrow this will already be due. This invoice was dated 12/16/22 but was not post dated til 12/23. take holidays into consideration when sending bills in the future and be honest with your patients about if they have a balance or not this could have been resolved same day I was in the office. I'll never go to another Cincinnati Eye location again, they sent me around to several of their offices, all of which were covered full by my insurance. Update: apparently front desk shouldn't be telling people they owe nothing since insurance hasn't gotten the bill yet. I went to pay this. Leaving at one star, I got it paid after jumping through several loops and wasting a good hour of my life"
"O’Neil is good! Very patient but nurse I had was impatient and didn’t understand how bad my eyes are!!! She was not good with public and I tried to explain I can’t see past a certain point and she kept telling me to read more on chart and then held my glasses and wouldn’t return them after she checked the prescription in them. She said I don’t want you to put them on while I test your eyes so I will keep them until test is over! Seriously, I am not 3 and can follow directions! I have been coming here for years to see Dr. O’Neil and so have my kids, just want to be respected and listen to me when I say I can’t see a certain distance."
