"Sign at front door says open at 9. Almost ten after and huge line of people waiting in parking lot to get in. Doors locked. Store closed. Pharmacist and tech are here and can’t get in either."

"Horrible. Truly horrendous. They answer the phone by saying "hello", the majority of them. Wait times to speak to a pharmacist ranges from 15 min to an Hour!! If they answer. Rude beyond belief. They actually LOST my rx the other day that I had dropped off and said that it happens alot? REALLY, your dealing with lives here!"

"This pharmacy works my nerves EVERY time I’ve needed to pick up a script. The pharmacy is consistently packed with employees however none of them bother to greet you when you approach the counter. I’ve actually has time to log in to write this review before anyone has acknowledged me currently standing at their counter. Even if you don’t want to say hello, you could at least let me know you’ll be with me shortly. This is insane!"

"I spoke with a tech last Tuesday and told her that my doctor accidentally called my refills into the wrong pharmacy. She said that she would get them transferred and filled. I still had a few days left so no worries. I checked their status on Friday to find that they STILL were not ready. Nobody in the pharmacy would answer the phone. I literally tried for hours. The same thing on Saturday. No answer for hours on end. I left 2 messages with the front desk that I was officially out of my medication and she said that they would call me back. They never did! The exact same thing all day yesterday! Today I was told by the front desk that the pharmacy doesn’t have time to take calls because they are short and even though I already missed 2 days of serious medications, they can’t take my call. I finally called corporate today and they got me in touch with the pharmacist who told me that they hadn’t been filled and would have to be special ordered. I have already missed 2 days of medications that I CANNOT miss. I will be able to get them all 3 today but will have to go to 3 different CVS’s to get them. Absolutely insane."
