"Wait time is absolutely terrible. They never call you if there's an issue with your prescription , instead they tell you there's an issue when you go to pick it up . Wasting everybody's time. They are the slowest pharmacy ever. I switched after the 4th time I had a monthly script sent there, and they couldn't give me my full amount, instead they had to give me a small quantity for a few days , just to come back to get the rest of my prescription.. and they waited to tell me all this when I came to pick it up. Instead of calling me .. if they would of called, I would of just went to a different pharmacy, so I wouldn't have to go thru the drive thru twice for 1 prescription... DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"We are new to the area and chose Orville CVS for our pharmacy needs. We use them for the first time Dec.16 My fiancé just had back surgery. The pharmacist knew by looking at the prescription something serious done and showed concern if he was waiting in the car.I told her I already dropped him off at home. I went today to get refills on those meds and the pharmacist went above and beyond as the other one did I can't thank them enough . I'm glad I made a good choice."

"Very slow service waited almost all day for 2 scripts just for them not to call us to let us know they only had one in stock when this was suppose to be a 25 min wait from 10 this morning now going on 5pm"

"Had to call my doctor 3 times to send them my prescriptions. Because they were acting like they didn't get it. But then said that it was sent multiple times when I went to go get it. So it was a complication And I couldn't get the prescription The ladies huffed and puffed like a toddler. and had the most sour face like she just ate a lemon drop or smell some nasty dog poop. Honestly, it feels like there's no management, and no one is really in control. And everyone just bossing everyone around. It's a hot mess in there. I guess you can say theirs too many cheifs and not enough Indians. they seem to hate everything else. And everyone else did not care about their medical needs. Lawsuit in bound"
