"You never know what you had until it is gone. Collier Medical was very blessed when they added Paul Adkins Jr. to their medical practice. It is very hard these days to find a provider who cares. I'm not saying pretending like he cares. He actually cares. He refers to the best Surgeons. He found a synovial cyst in my back and sent me to the best Neurosurgeon. He found WPW in my daughter when no other doctor could. He saved her life. He managed medication for my son with Autism. A child, who I was told would never speak, graduated in 2020 from Stem Academy. That is all because of the referrals PJ made. He has a knowledge is spread far and wide and we are just one family. He has many patients. I never minded waiting when I went because he gives every patient his full attention and cares about each and every one of them. I have been his patient since 2012 and will follow him to any practice he goes to. So I give Paul Adkins Jr. APRN,CNP. He is a true gem and will be followed by many. "“office manager” is a tyrant. While sitting in the lobby area, I overheard the receptionist answer the phone, hung up and was making fun of the patient. They got mad when I asked why I’m still waiting 15 minutes after my appointment time. She acted like a two year old and refused to complete the appointment, became confrontational, and very unprofessional. Typical Scioto County hillbillies. Go somewhere where you will be respected and treated humanely."
