"This place is a poor excuse for pain management and a treatment center. Sending Opiates out the same door the Opiate addicts come in is completely unethical. This doctor looks down on people with substance abuse disorders, yet says he is fighting addiction. It is sad that people with chronic pain and addicts are subjected to this doctor. This clinic is a pill mill. This doctor has already had board action taken agaimst him, and it's easy to see why. He sends his chronic pain patients into Opiate withdraw by sheer neglect of duties..."

"Went there a lot. LONG wait times sometimes 2 hours just to go back and another 30 minutes to see the doc. Worst part is I moved and like everyone else I go to window they call your name say you have $ copay and paid. However for half a year my insurance card changed so finally they asked me for a new card. I gave it to them and I saw his office one more time before moving out of state. I assumed they did like what all offices even this one had done before and rebilled my insurance for the past view visits. NOPE they waited till 2 years later to send it to a credit collector when I called and explained and we looked and you can tell my old insurance infor was used then I gave new info and it went through they wouldn't accept responsibility because insurance wouldn't let them rebilled it past 12 months so they forced me to pay the bill even the doc said "it's my responsibility" so it was my error that his billing agent didn't update my bills like she was supposed to."
