"I’m at this store at least once a week and the only time I have an issue is with the Holiday help that they hire for the check out counter. This morning the Holiday help that rang my purchases not only looked at each item like she had never seen wine and beer before and wasn’t going to put them in bags! She was put out that I asked her to bag them so it would be easier for me to carry. And didn’t even say Thank You. I know help is hard to find but this woman was lazy."

"extremely rude pharmacy staff. refused to use goodrx despite being a “discounted” drug store. i watched her pull up the price on her computer and it was the same i had on the app, and she said they will not use that price. i i told her how much i paid before since i had a record of the price and she told me that’s not what i paid even though i had the proof. pat had the worst attitude and was very disrespectful to be honest. the pharmacist rolled her eyes when i asked to talk to her, and acted like my concern was an inconvenience. they are always short on prescriptions, even when no other pharmacy is. for a company that’s always so short on staff, i can see why."

"Called and was told to call the manufacturing company that makes my Inhaler. We called, a very nice customer service man picked up and put him, my mother and I, and the pharmacy on a 3 way call. The pharmacy tech was extremely rude and condescending saying she doesn't think this poor guy is from the company, she puts us on hold to grab the pharmacist, who also was extremely condescending and rude. Didn't want to give the full building and pharmacy information to the customer service guy because "Why would you need that information?". Continued to get yelled at by the Pharmacist Tech who was like, "SO YOU WANT US TO REPLACE HER BROKEN INHALER WHICH WILL COST US $300+?!" Then the pharmacist saying, "WE CANT GIVE A FREE REPLACEMENT IT WILL COST US $500+!!!" and they continued to ask the customer service guy to give a coupon because they don't think insurance will cover a broken one. He had to repeat himself saying that along with the documentation and recorded call he will be able to send them a new inhaler for me for free, which made these employees mad. I only remember the Pharmacists name, Heather. Once I pick up my new inhaler and other meds, I'm done here and will be going back to CVS where people aren't treated horribly. Maybe train all managers of the store and pharmacy, and employees of the store and pharmacy to not be so condescending and rude and to not yell at people saying, "SHE CAN GO WITHOUT HER INHALER FOR A HALF A WEEK TO A WEEK!", No, I cannot go without it, what am I supposed to do, have an asthma attack that puts me back in the hospital?! Never coming back here EVER AGAIN!"
