"Dr. Jenna Epling and the vet tech team on the 2/4 nightshift were so compassionate, kind, knowledgeable and confident. My sweet Nala was transferred here from West Park so she could receive specialist care. Dr. Epling was proactive and informative with our options. While it didn't work out the way we had hoped and planned, it happened the way it needed to for our babies quality of life. Dr. Epling and the techs were so caring and compassionate as we said goodbye to our sweet 17 year old girl. I can't say than you enough to the team for the closure you brought us and the experience we had."
"We took our beloved best friend to Metro for a diagnosis and we hoped treatment. Unfortunately our baby had a diagnosis that we didn’t expect. Dr. Dantio and Dr. Carson and the staff were so caring at such a difficult time for our family. Even though it wasn’t the outcome we had hoped for, they made us feel loved and that we made the right decision. They took such amazing care of our boy. They listened to our concerns and questions until we felt comfortable. They were honest and straight forward, but did it in the most caring way. Our hearts are broken but so glad they were the ones there with us. We have our girl pup that will be a client there as we trust them with her care too.
