"The staff there are an amazing and caring group who are passionate about the animals. I would highly recommend them."
"Excellent Shelter! They are very accommodating, offer Foster to Adopt to see how the dog is going to do in your home before you official adopt. Very polite, will take the time to answer any questions. Also very upfront about the needs of every dog and will let you know if they think it wouldn't be a good fit. We adopt our Walker Coonhound from them in August."
"The staff were so nice and helpful! We adopted a beautiful loving dog and the whole process was nothing but easy! You do need to bring cash or check though :) I followed up with them about getting my dog neutered and they called me back right away and did all the leg work to set up the appointment. I can't say enough good things :) It was totally worth the 45 minute drive from Cincinnati. They also have a great and diverse selection of dogs to adopt, and the fee is only $50. Support this shelter, adopt a dog!"
"They took my dog from a lady caring for my dog while I was at work, whom made up a story for them to take her and signed MY dog away. The dog-sitter told me my dog ran away, I found out otherwise from the lady's neighbors. Went to retrieve my dog from this shelter and they refused to let me get her back because of the manipulation the lady had used for them to take my dog. They are heartless, unjust people, were complete A-holes about my dogs and I's situation and are hardly ever there to even care for the animals. The guy that was "in charge" of this facility has no people or customer service skills whatsoever! Totally would not accept the fact that what they did was wrong! I lost my best friend and family member of four years to these people! My dog that they refused to give back to me, was the best dog I've ever owned and was my daughters companion as well. Makes me sick to my stomach and a emotional wreck every time I hear of this place or am asked where my sidekick (dog) is."
