I blatantly told them I hadn’t been to an eye doctor in over 4 years, was having pressure issues and my astigmatism had got significant… they literally didn’t even dilate my eye or do a pressure test!! Now I have to wait another full year before I can find an actual doctor. They should seriously be sued because they are not transparent about what they are doing whatsoever."
