"Brought my grandma here for a follow up her surgery was faster than appointment she got her at 10:30 for her appointment and didn’t get out til after 1 pm wasn’t even out in a room til 12 pm rude doctors horrible staff don’t come here if you don’t have a whole day to blow !!!"

"Saw a Dr Oster. Wasted afternoon. He had the patience of a spoiled 4 year old and suggested eye drops every two hours, with out telling me what was causing it Could it be a plugged ear duct, or do I have to spend the rest of waking life putting drops on my eyes every two hours. He is definitely in the wrong profession."

"Disorganized and inept. Drove an hour into the rising sun at rush hour to be measured for a cataract lens. Was told someone made a mistake and I wasn't on the schedule, drive home, make another appointment (not for several weeks, of course), waste 3 more hours of driving, when I'm having trouble seeing anyhow. They'd call me to schedule the surgery. A month later, no call. Called them, eventually got a call saying they'd call back. Two weeks later, called again. STILL no call back. Use Midwest Eye Institute. If they're this sloppy and mismanaged, would they even put the correct lens in my eye?"
