"I can’t say enough good things about Mercy Health - Jewish Hospital - Physical Therapy and Mr. Rick Altenburger PT. I had a torn shoulder labrum (technically a SLAP Type 2 tear). Couldn’t lift my left arm above my ear. I wanted to avoid surgery and PA Dawn Sodders recommended me to Rick and his team. "Therapists are thorough and knowledgeable. My issue is that they never answer their phone. Makes it awfully hard to reschedule appointments due to unforseen circumstances or emergencies. Instead the appointments end up looking like no-shows."
