"So I read the reviews to bring my dog to the Rocky River animal hospital and you guys staying at your hospital but you say that my dog can’t be seen because I walked in here at 5:15 was an emergency and they told me that there’s no Dr here, so how can you be an animal hospital is open till 530 but not have a doctor here for the animal to be since I don’t understand that makes absolutely no sense to me. It infuriates me."
