"I have to write this review because we have taken our family pets to this vet for at least 30 years. Dr Pohlman and Dr Stanberry before her. I don’t think the office has changed in all of that time-which is a positive and negative. I appreciate the excellent care that dr p gives my pets-she spends quality time with them and is very honest about her opinions which can sometimes feel a bit aggressive. However, I like that she is honest and not just trying to squeeze every dime out of you. For this reason, I have tried to stay with her after being disappointed with some other things. This is an extremely small vet clinic-dr, son, and receptionist. It is extremely hard to reach them-just to schedule an appointment. Their hours are very limited. The wait in the clinic is always extremely long-for appointments or to pick up meds and omg the clinic is desperately in need of a rehab. These have all been problems but what ultimately had me decide i need to go somewhere else is the receptionist. She is incredibly unfriendly, rude, and terrible with follow up. This has not been a one time issue, it is every.single.time. She is probably one of the most consistently unpleasant employee I have ever encountered. So unfortunately it is time to end our relationship with this office!"

"First, the receptionist is sweet and friendly, as well as someone who listens to you! I did have to wait a bit longer than any other office BUT 100% worth every minute. The Vet is friendly, thorough, honest, and fair. Everything you could hope for in a vet office! I found my new permanent vet!"
