"I wish I knew her name but a woman working in the pharmacy who was on shift 1/24-1/25 at least those two days in a row is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever encounter. She accused me of insulting her when I asked to speak with a higher up or be given a number to reach someone so I could receive my insulin by any means necessary. Back story I had been told two days in a row that my insulin would be in and was also told that the order wasn’t in the system and then all of the sudden it was. Then was told they had it and then they didn’t. So understandably I was frustrated and wanted to escalate the issue so I could receive my much needed medicine. I ended up having to get a sample package from my doctor because my prescriptions didn’t come in time. I had to use my husbands testing kit and supplies for the week. I waited days to go in and pick up the prescription for nearly a full week to make sure it would all be there. Lo and behold it wasn’t. I got everything but the testing strips that went with the device. At this point I feel like it was by design. If my husband didn’t already have some testing supplies to spare and my doctor didn’t give me an insulin sample what was I supposed to do? This location is terrifyingly nonchalant about getting people their life saving meds. I hear all the rite aids are closing down because they can’t get good pharmacists and that’s not surprising at all."
"An important prescription was called in at 9:30 am. We needed it right away but didn’t hear anything back for hours. Decided to call them and guess what…Rite Aid did not have it. Never called us to tell us! Now calling all over and missing my flight."
"The store is bright and organized. They have no ice cream, I think their coolers broke. I found what I needed. Make sure you have a rite aid card so you can earn points and the best prices."
"My husband and I scheduled our covid and flu shots for the Grafton Rite Aid...Mine went ok..at his turn..the pharmacist(not pleasant at all)..said his is at another location. Why would I make 2 apps. At different. Locations? I called other location..they said np..he can give them with the code they gave me..Nope..he said he was too busy..with not one other person waiting. Never again...."
"The part time pharmacist would not refill my prescription without contacting my Dr to confirm it because I take another medicine in the same class at bedtime. But I've had these 2 medicines for 3 yrs now. Then he made wait all day before refilling, he said he just likes to double check. It wasn't Albert it was Colby. I understand being careful but he can see my history with these 2 meds that are taken for 2 did reasons even my Dr office wanted to know why he was questioning after this many years. Makes me want to go somewhere else"
