"I spoke to someone today about an appointment and it was one of the worst experiences I have had with a scheduler/front desk employee. She was rude, talked over me, and generally didn't listen. When she asked why I wanted to see a physician, I gave her a reason. She asked me to clarify and then told me I should have just stated the original reason. After a grueling 10 minutes on the phone with her I found out that the next available appointment was a month away. I understand that members of the healthcare industry are overworked but if this person's behavior is any indication of the practice mentality, I'm glad to go elsewhere."
