CVS Pharmacy 1015 North Court Street, Medina, OH 44256

"I sit here in agony and disbelief as I write this review. I am writing this more as a warning to other customers who are getting a vaccine here. I went for my annual flu shot on 9/25/23. Today it is 14 days later (10/9/23). Mercedes Lira RPN was the staff member who gave me the shot. From the moment she put the needle in, I was in complete discomfort. I always get vaccines, this one felt different. When I got home and went to remove the bandaid, I noticed it was above the normal meaty muscle that the needle usually enters, it was VERY high up on my shoulder. Now, two weeks later, I am still in unbelievable pain and cannot move my shoulder normally. I sometimes wake up in the night aching. I struggle to do normal movements like put deodorant on, wash my hair, reach for things. I am 38 years old and I feel that this woman has damaged something inside of my shoulder. The pain is unbearable at times. I will never get my medicine or any future vaccines here. If my shoulder isn’t feeling any better in another week, I will need to go to my physician."

"I went to pick up my 1 year old's son seizure medicine for the first time here. When I arrived, I was told that they couldn't fill the prescription. When I asked the staff person why the prescription couldn't be filled, or why they had not contacted me to tell me they could not fill it, she told me "I'm sure you've been told many times that you can't fill it here." Keep in mind this was our first time getting this medicine, and we had never had a prescription go unfilled. I didn't even know it's something that happened. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I will never use this pharmacy again. Shameful!"
