It is 2024 and the only way to ask your Dr or PA a question is to leave a message at the call center. You can not phone the physicians office directly to leave a message or speak to a nurse and there is no way to send an email to ask a question via a portal (like MyChart). You leave a message and sit and wait - when you are in pain, it is miserable."
