"Worst service experience we have had when it comes to surgery scheduling. My husband was scheduled for over 1 month. The day before the surgery, someone supposedly called from the scheduling department starting they needed to speak to my husband before noon or the surgery was going to be cancelled. My husband is in meetings all day. I called the surgery department since we hadn’t heard what time his surgery was going to happen the following day. Whoever answered the call said “Abby” called my husband several times and left messages. She DID NOT call or leave messages. Scheduling said she would call me back before 5 to re-schedule the surgery. She never returned that call and never did. We had to go to another Dr. and start over because we didn’t want to deal with Beacon again. I had a similar experience with my surgery as well. Then, I tried to get a copy of his MRI and they said they now use a 3rd party vendor and it would take 5-10 business day to get the disk. I went to the surgery center to file a complaint. Melissa, office manager, was helpful when taking my complaint. She was kind enough to get a copy of the MRI the next day. It’s very sad we had to go elsewhere. This place is like they are herding cattle, not really caring. Hopefully Dr. Kremcheck will be advised he lost money because of the inept staff."

"Patient Portal is worthless! I'd think as well known and as great as this facility is they'd put some money into this portal. You shouldn't have to ask each dr to upload your information and results. Try to schedule an appointment and it tells you to call which is complete opposite from the the recording on the phone and online messages. I have 6 dr's here and I can't get any information on my portal at all. My Chart format would be an improvement!!"

"Injured my knee and Dr Kremchek and his team were outstanding! I arrived on time for my first visit and I was seen immediately. The 2nd visit I arrived early and was taken back right away. No wait time and great care from his front desk to the assistant . James who assisted me on the MRI was very caring and compassionate. I was even taken back to Physical Therapy and given at home excersize routines. If they had 10 stars I would have given that. Thank you Dr Kremchek I appreciate you and your team! Highly recommend."
