Reviews
"This review is in no reflection of the doctors but more so the staff. I loved working with Dr. Holbrook but unfortunately, I have now changed providers due to a mistake one of the LPNs made. I received my birth control shot in the wrong spot as well as felt like I was completely disregarded by the LPN who brought me back to do so. She knew nothing about my chart, the room was dirty that she brought me into after putting me in a room where there was no privacy. She asked me questions about where I had the shot put and asked me if it was the right or left side this time. This could have all been avoided if she looked at my chart. They also should take my blood pressure each and every time but they didn't do that. Overall, I loved Dr. Holbrook but how the clinical staff treated me, is why I left."
"I have been going here for 4 years now and it has been awful the whole time. The doctor I was seeing barely knows the difference between endometriosis and pcos and I essentially had to diagnose myself. I also get the depo shot and every time I came in, I was waiting at least 45 minutes just to get a shot. The last straw for me was that I had to leave without getting my shot because I had somewhere else to be and I had already been waiting 35 minutes. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else."
"Seeing the other negative reviews about the same doctor really validates my feelings so thank you everyone for speaking up. Dr. Herron is very unprofessional. I have been calling twice a day for the past 2 days about getting my birth control pill prescription refilled. After being on hold for over 10 minutes every time I’ve called, the nurses that answer the phones (who I don’t blame at all) tell me that although Dr. Herron is in the office, she hasn’t signed off on the refill request. It’s now been 4 days not on the pill. Not to mention, I’m also on Accutane right now and those who are familiar with Accutane know that it’s DIRE to be on birth control while on it. I’ve stressed the importance of this to the ladies that answer the phone. You would think that they would just walk into the next room and tell Dr. Herron face-to-face instead of “sending her a message” (which obviously isn’t doing anything) but all they say is that she hasn’t approved it yet. I will not be returning to this office as Dr. Herron clearly doesn’t care about her patients."
"Dr. Herron was my main Dr. She made me uncomfortable and made me feel like a terrible person bc I was overweight during my pregnancy. Although I lost weight during my pregnancy she still made me feel less than. She also did not communicate when I was told I had gestational diabetes and she said "yeah girl you have diabetes" I'll never forget the way she said it. The 3 stars is for the wonderful Dr. That delivered my beautiful daughter. Dr. Jerith"
"The best OBGYN office I have ever had. This was my first pregnancy. Dr. Jeriath was my primary OB and she is very calm and listened to all of my concerns. My pregnancy was complicated at 30 weeks and I was diagnosed with preeclampsia and all of that fun stuff. Around 32 weeks, Dr. Herron had me admitted because my blood pressure was out of control and then it was stabilized after a hospital stay. Dr. Federer was on call the night I was hospitalized and stated I needed the steroid shot for my baby’s lungs to develop (which I was so thankful they gave me that shot then) Dr Jeriath was on top of it, I had weekly blood work, ultrasound, NST test weekly after my hospital stay. They knew I was going to go early and hoped to keep my baby baking until at least 37 weeks. At 36 weeks I had my baby via c section (he was breech) by Dr Holbrook as she was on call that night and I needed to have him due to high blood pressure again and low platelets. Dr Holbrook was amazing and really calmed me down about the c section. To say the least all 4 of these doctors are extraordinary!!! Any of them will provide you with the best care. Also, the office treated me like family for how much I was there and I can’t recommend a better OBGYN office."
