"A woman in the pharmacy is always rude when we call. Threatens to balcklist people that need medication for for severe nerve pain due to deteriorating disc in back and multiple herniated disc. Never had this many issues with a pharmacy for medications that were needed as prescribed by a Dr."

"I had to get some prescriptions filled today in the midst of a completely crazy & super stressful day. When I got there to pick them up, there was an issue with one of them regarding my insurance and when I tell you it was like the straw that broke the camel’s back, and I almost started crying at the pharmacy window. I had tears in my eyes and was one step away from breaking down. The woman behind the counter—I wish I would’ve got her name, but she was there 1/31 in the evening—was so kind and understanding, and didn’t make me feel embarrassed for reacting with emotion. She smiled genuinely, said she understood, and she helped me find a solution. She is an absolute angel… my interaction with her made me feel calmer and made the situation feel manageable. When dealing with medical stuff and red tape (insurance, appointments, etc) things can get stressful and emotional and it is so refreshing and uplifting to interact with people who seem made for their jobs. Thank you for being a bright spot on a frustrating day! Rite-Aid, give her a raise!"

"I will have to find another pharmacy. Took from 12p to 10am the next day to fill a prescription. Texted me it was done and still had to wait for it to be mixed in drive up. I called two times the day before. They said it was getting worked the night before. I waited till next day just in case. Go the text and I was late for work the next day because it wasn’t ready."
