"If i could give zero stars I would. Unless you only need basic care do not go here. The secretary diagnoses over the phone and the doctors don’t return calls. Now I know why they take new patients and no one else does. They have openings because they are not good providers and people in the area know it. I wish I had."

"Very price driven business! you rarely see the actual Veterinarian only staff members who know the options script and associated fees very well. Little on no care for you pet just business providing services for cash! The staff has had little if any inter action with my dogs and they have little to no interest in hearing my concerns or explaining the situation with them, but very quick to get you to the check out for payment. I've been raising English Labradors for over 20 years and know they require expensive care from time to time as all family members do. In all my years with Labs I've never seen a Veterinarian that wouldn't come into an exam room and rub their head and ears and say something silly to them until arriving at Lakeshore. Staff members became very offended when requesting copies of x-rays for a second opinion, and even more so when asking questions about follow up procedures that are in conflict with my breeder who is also a Veterinarian (second opinion). The conversation ended with being told the Lakeshore Veterinarian is right and the second opinion was wrong, something I found very interesting seeing's how I'm now having to pay extra for an x-ray consultation because the Lakeshore Veterinary can't clearly read the x-rays. Looking forward to finding a professional, dedicated Veterinarian who will listen and provide real loving care as needed."
