"Hello Everyone, Merry Christmas to everyone, I have requested the billing sheets and Timesheets from Bradley home and until present time have not received any of the document. Hence, I may not be able to pay the staff at bradley home on Dec 30, 2022. I just want to make everyone aware of the situation. The Billing Sheets and Timesheets are due every Saturday before end of Daylight. The staff at the home were instructed to simply submit pictures of the Billing Sheets and Timesheets to the office staff. This is a continuous situation and I cannot pay staff what I did not perceived from the state. Thank you By Dr. GD This is what was texted out TODAY! Christmas Day!!!! "Portia was rude in action, behavior and tone and complained about being at work several times during my interaction. She made it very clear that she was lowering herself to complete the service I had made an appointment for weeks in advance. She also lied about their weekend hours stating they don't open until noon on the weekend when it's listed as 9am to noon on Saturdays by appointment both on the door and the website. I wouldn't recommend their services as there are plenty of other places you can go and not have to navigate rudeness."
