"I have been a patient here for years and after today I will not go back. I waited over 30 minutes to get a vaccine. If I had not asked I would still be waiting. The waiting room was incredibly warm and four people were seen before me. I did not even need to see the doctor (which is impossible anyway). I had a scheduled appointment. I haven’t even been able to get in to see my physician this year because every time I have needed to there hasn’t been any available appointments. I will be finding a new doctor this week. I have tried to give them several chances and I’m fed up."

"I showed up this morning with my daughter for her appointment, went to check in and was told the appointment was yesterday. I said no it was for right now and showed her the appointment card. I was then told that someone called them to reschedule it, so I told them that neither my wife or I called at anytime to reschedule the appointment. She went back and tried to get her seen but they refused to accommodate for their mistake. I wont come back if my life depended on it neither will my family. This isn't the first problem I've had with this office. Good luck trying to get a phone call in to them and when I do it seems like whoever it is on the phone dont know what's going on."
