"I have gone there for three and a half years they saved my life I love the place Rachel Smith the manager she is she goes above and beyond for her job she loves every patient she treats them with kindness she cares about their sobriety I've never had an issue with anyone there they are all kind. But unfortunately I did for the first time have a horrible experience with the counselor he's a new his name is Josh he's a mister know-it-all very unprofessional does not treat you with dignity nor respect doesn't care what you have to say he thinks he knows everything he's judgemental he threatens to call CPS on my family, I do plan on talking to a professional his manager someone higher up than he is about his behavior cuz it was absolutely unprofessional I left there in tears he did not care what I had to say he was absolutely rude and that was the only that experience I've ever had.this place has changed every since Rachel came along she's turned that place into what it is today which is a very beautiful place for sobriety I'm sure you make sure that you are doing things the way you should be if she makes you feel like a human being again she's absolutely hands down the best and turn that place around since her being there."
"I have been going to the Dayton office for over 5 years now. I am not only very familiar with their practices, but also, their genuine care for recovery. Im not going to say that I've been a model patient the entire time, but have been for the past 3 years. The only problem I've had in over 5 years, is with the office manager, Rachel. I called in for a bridge because I had just had a c-section and was in to much pain to make it into my appointment the following day. My OB called and spoke to Rachel, explaining the circumstances, and asked for a bridge, because she was not licensed to administer the Suboxone. Rachel proceeded to inform her that she was not willing to help me because she stated, that this was something that I did all of the time. Not once, had I ever done that, or even knew that it was an option to do. That following weekend, after having severe withdrawals, along with my post surgery pain, I finally was able to make it to my appointment. I asked to see Rachel, and then proceeded to ask her if she could show me in my chart at least one other time that I had asked for a bridge. She searched my chart vigorously, then looked at me and said that she was too busy to find it at the time. I asked her two other times at two other appointment to show me. Never once did she produce any results to my chart, or anything to back up the fact that I had indeed asked for a bridge before. I know it may sound trivial to some, but suboxone withdrawals are no joke, especially immediately after a c-section! Other than Rachel, this place has been pretty good to me. Other than the high cost, and the ever-changing doctors and staff, I havent had any problems with this place in over 5 years. Thank you! And good luck in your recovery fellow addicts! :)"
"i absolutely appreciate all the staff at the Goodman Avenue office. i feel encouraged, uplifted and believed in everytime i have an appointment. With their support i am confident about My recovery. Thank U all Goodman Group!"
"I want to start by saying that Suboxone has saved my life. But with that said the treatment program must be ran correctly. After a year In a half of sobriety and going to this clinic I have switched to a new doctor. Southern Ohio recovery group is by far the most unprofessional place I think I have ever been. 1. In the past eight months I have not met with a real doctor face to face. It has always expect one time In the last eight months been on face time over a cell phone to see the doctor percribing my medication. How this is professional or productive I have no clue. 2. The last five months I have been watched by a male staff member while I am supposed to give a urine drug screen it makes me feel so violated and uncomfortable. No one ever knows what anyone else is doing all the paper work is always messed up. That place is a nightmare. Save your self the headache and don’t put your life and recovery in these peoples hands or give these people your money go to a doctor that cares genuinely about helping you and not just taking your Money and covering their ass."
"Prime heath group has been a life saver in my recovery. It has been a long road but they have been very understanding in my recovery. If it wasn’t from me taking the step to start the program I hate to think where I be today. The staff is very helpful and usually it doesn’t take a long time during your appointment."
