"Coming from a family doctor who showed complete lack of knowledge or understanding, was rushed through your appt and never would follow up with you and never get your meds called in on time. Believe me being a new patient here so far has been a relief for me. I don’t like going to doctors nor hospitals due to many mistakes even life threatening ones that almost killed me more than once. I learned really quick that you can’t just trust any doctor. The staff has been kind, prompt, no long wait times to be seen. Ashley who I’ve spoken to on more than one occasion has been nothing more than kind, knowledgeable, and understanding of how I am regarding my ptsd from my past experiences. Crystal the NP there took the time to really listen to me beings I hadn’t really seen a doctor in 2 years about any real problems I’d have been having. She ordered all the necessary lab work, did a complete physical and ordered the ultrasound of my thyroid I’ve needed for a long time. She listens and believes my concerns and her response was well we’re going to figure this out and get you fixed up. She has followed through. My lab work was back by the next day, my ultrasound was scheduled by the end of that week and already have all my results and a new medication was called in and ready the day she received my results. Yes I went ahead and called to check on my results and the medical assistant was nice read them to me cause crystal had already had them reviewed by that morning with her recommendations. Now I did schedule another appt of course beings I’ve not really been to a doctor for 2 years and have let stuff go but that is NOT there job to keep rescheduling me. They care but they are not babysitters supposed to be the babysitters to patients. They have so many things going on at once and so many patients that of course you need to be your own advocate at times but that’s anywhere anymore. When I see her though I know she will remember one other thing we discussed and we’ll go from there. So if their patient with how I am and care then I’m going to be patient with them cause NOBODY is perfect. 5 stars so far all the way."
