"Outstanding care and service. I used BCPH for my first dog All the way until her very last day at the age of 17. Their senior care program is fantastic! Never hesitated to return with my current dog. She is a rescue with came with a lot of fear aggression and they never had any qualms or hesitation with treating her. She is a guardian breed, which most vets insist on sticking a muzzle on, which only upsets her. BCPH has no muzzle mandates. So kind and understanding, my dog loves them!"

"Love Big Creek Animal Hospital. The whole staff is very warm and welcoming. Hope (Hopey) my Cavapoo seams to love the staff even though she’s a bit nervous which is to be expected lol. She gets great care here. All the staff and doctors are very gentle and thorough. Both Olmsted and Middleburg Hts. offices are great. I highly recommend them. They are keeping Hopey in great shape. Also communication with them is outstanding, text messages, voicemails and follow up emails with the documents and what was performed and needed are bar none the best!"
