"Set an appointment with Dr Rottinghaus. Was given a time and date. Appeared at the time and date given and was told I was an hour late and would have to reschedule. I didn't get an email or text confirmation. Refused to slip me in or ask the Dr. Suffering with shoulder pain for a year. Terrible customer service. Don't recommend this location at all! They don't care about their patients."

"Staff is great, but I felt dismissed and unseen by the doctor. I did research to find what I thought would be someone who would be able to help me, but a brief exam and a prescription for physical therapy made me feel more like a number than a patient. There was no talk about relieving my pain or discomfort, no suggestions on what to do while I wait to get into physical therapy. I'm not looking for drugs to manage the pain, but there wasn't even talk of using over the counter anti -inflammatories. I thought the doctor's mix of specialties might provide some alternative ways of approaching the problem, but it felt more generic and rushed. It's upsetting, because regardless of the level of care I receive, they will get paid by insurance. This experience has led me to rethink using any Beacon network services."

"I hate to say that I have been so disappointed with the care my husband has been given at Beacon. He was not given post-surgery directions to be non-weight bearing and he has had a critical set back. He’s been off work for 6 weeks , went back to work for 3 weeks, now off work again just before Christmas with a possible second surgery; not to mention the pain and discomfort he has had the past 5 months. Do your homework. Research online. Know what questions to ask."

"Beacon is the BEST!! Caring & very Professional people. Dr. True is fantastic. The staff greets you with a smile and very friendly. Been wanting to have knee replacement for a while, but didn't know who to go to. My Doctor recommended Beacon & found that another Doctor (DR. Hess) is there also. Dr. True was recommended for my case and am very pleased. Beacon is the place to go!!"

"Checked in online and arrived about 15 minutes early. Receptionist was very nice. Greeted me in a very friendly manner and thanked me for checking in online, nothing else needed. Nurse who roomed me was very nice. Got my info and told me an x-ray tech would be in very shortly to take me to get x-rays. Less than a minute late the tech came in and took me to get a set of x-rays. She was very sweet, gave good instructions as to how she wanted me to position myself. The doctor whom I have dealt with before came in about 5-7 minutes later and asked me questions about the problem and showed me the x-rays and what he proposed to do. I agreed. The nurse came back in prepared for the procedure and a few minutes later the doctor came back in and performed the procedure. Having been through this before I knew what to expect and he reminded me if I had amy more issues or questions to call. Very thorough."
