CareFirst Urgent Care - Sharonville

"The in office visit went fine. Went there for a simple Covid test on a Saturday afternoon around 1 PM. Paid my $50 co-pay as per my insurance requirements. After about three weeks time I had an additional $25 charge appear on my checking account. I spoke to their office as well as their billing department and neither could tell me what the charge was for. Called my insurance company and they explained it was an “after hours fee”. I had to prove to them that I was there at 1 PM when they close at 8 PM, so it was definitely not “after hours”. Once I proved my case it was refunded. Keep an eye on your checking account once you leave. I guess they were just hoping it would go through with no questions?"

"The receptionist and nurse practitioner were both amazing and extremely helpful. I was having issues with my insurance card and the receptionist went above and beyond to help get me squared away so I could be seen. The office is very clean and kid friendly, even with a little kids book so kids can color while they are waiting."

"I arrives close to closing time and the staff was very friendly and considerate and took the time to check on me to make sure that everything was going well with my check-in because I had never used the system so it took me a couple minutes to figure it out but they were very patient and helpful and also very fast and thorough during my evaluation. I would most definitely recommend them and if I have any problems in the future I will definitely be going there. An update today I returned to get retested after almost a week and I'm most certainly feeling better but the staff was still very kind and considerate and helpful. They were very thorough in checking on me and asking lots of questions but they also were kind enough to speak to me and explain how the test works and how the virus works so that was very considerate and helpful of them to advise me of everything so I knew what to expect and I am pleased to say that it was another pleasant and helpful visit and I will definitely return there if the situation or needs arise. They are an excellent staff and very quick and thorough. I have no complaints and commend them for their excellent treatment"

"Melinda at the front desk was very helpful. She helped with insurance info. Got us in and out very quick. The lobby was very clean! I had my younger son with me and the coloring station was a life savor. Also had the tv playing cartoons. Will definitely come back to this location when needed."
