"The first nurse I dealt with was very uncommunicative. Very bossy like I was a prisoner. It was almost robotic. Follow me, sit down, no extra words were given like follow me we’re going to do your eye test. I personally just found it very rude. When it was time for the hearing test she said sit in there. (A booth) It was a full 10 minutes of silence before she finally said to put on the headphones. Then she walks over to plug in a wire in the booth. The wire was entwined by my feet. She grabs it and it’s pulling my leg and she still tugging seeing that happen. I finally grabbed the wire from her and I can untangle it for you. I don’t know what she was doing, but she could’ve communicated.. I would like to know that the front desk women were very personable. The doctor was very nice and communicated with me well. And the fit test at the end the lady for the fit test was very nice. here’s the thing I don’t have a problem with Concentra, but if it wasn’t for that one person making it miserable, I would’ve given it five stars for the efficiency, and for everyone else. It definitely put me in a mood for the day, knowing that someone can treat people like this."

"This facility is clean, the staff is friendly, it's very easy to get signed up for your drug testing and you can drop in anytime during business hours. This would have been a five-star review if I could have disclosed my medications, before testing. They said you will get a phone call, asking for your pharmacy information, if needed. I would have felt much better if I could have disclosed my medications before testing. Now I have to wait and hope I don't miss a phone call."

"Everyone was professional in doing their job. Friendliness was a bit lacking, but I understand that since they’re not typically dealing with friendly folks to begin with. Still a smile goes a long way to making any medical process a little easier"

"The young lady who initially took me back was very nice, polite, and attentive. She made me feel comfortable. She did her job in a professional manner. Very clean, safety precautions, far as sanitizing the eye testing area, etc. Staff in the Reception area, were very polite, informative, and got the people through the process in an orderly manner."
