"Thorough, kind. I've read how some other programs do things, and very happy I chose this one. Update: after seeing more of what others go thru at other clinics across the US and Canada I am so happy I went here! I just had to come back to say that. So organized and thorough, with it all laid out for me to see exactly what is next. And helpful info like what "pureed" should look like. Or the difference between pureed and soft? Do you know how many people don't know and their plan doesn't tell them? And I can't emphasize too much how kind everyone there is. ❤️ Great program. Great doctor Dr. Dahman). Great support team."

"Dr. Abawi is rude, unprofessional, combative and argumentative! I could go on for days. She does what I like to call “drive by”, 5-10 minute appointments that are anything but thorough. It’s repulsive. She’s a cash cow, seeing as many people as possible in one day forgetting there is a human being on the other end. I hope you don’t have a valid question to ask her because it will be met with hostility and she will instantly make you regret scheduling an appointment with her. She put a medication down erroneously as one I was allergic to when I told her numerous times I was not. Then became irate when I reminded her a few appointments later that she in fact put that on my allergy list incorrectly. On another occasion, I asked her if she could recommend a reputable brand of vitamins. She responded in her typical snarky tone, “there’s an entire aisle at the grocery store.” Thank you captain obvious! I had to remind her that vitamins are not FDA approved/regulated therefore they are not all created equal. As a doctor, you’d assume she would know this, but it was apparent she was not as educated as I would have imagined. I had to do my own research to determine what would be best since she could not supply information being asked. Funny, my GI doctor recommended very specific vitamins brands, but she was just snotty and combative per the usual. On the last appointment she tried to explain why there was a shortage of saxenda. I explained to her that I was aware. That a saxenda rep themselves told me that it wouldn’t be available until well into 2024. She then proceeded to tell me I could continue on saxenda…. A drug that isn’t available due to shortages from the company. Why do I want to continue to be on a medication and see her for a medication that isn’t available on the market due to a world wide shortage? I then asked to be switched to a different medication of which she was once again argumentative about. I ended up rolling my eyes and saying, “just yikes”. She’s atrocious. That’s the absolute nicest thing I can say about this “doctor.” TriHealth in Anderson offers the same services she does and they are thorough, professional and kind. I’m glad I switched from Mercy. Abawi is by far the worst doctor I’ve ever encountered in my life and should have her career choice reevaluated. Working with people is not for everyone, and certainly not for her."

"It's been 3 weeks almost since WLS. I would like to say Dr. Dahman (hands down) is by far the BEST doctor I have ever seen. He is sweet, sincere, he listens to you, he asks questions....you can tell he cares and wants you to better your life. He is uplifting and positive and my FAVORITE are his fist bumps! Lol. I just love him for all that! The dietitians are awesome too. They have helped me so much during my journey, literally would be lost without them. & the staff!! Shout out to the staff!! My girl, Stephanie..she is the main one I see.. who calls my name and weighs me and takes all my vitals. She is such a sweet girl. I literally broke down crying today in front of her. She was so reassuring that everything will be okay and in the next couple weeks I will be totally different. She was just throwing out positive affirmations to me, making me calm and feel better. Kudos to everyone! I will always talk highly about this practice. Keep up the good work and thank you for always making a girl feel good!"
