"Everyone I’ve ever been seen by or spoken to from here has always been nice, compassionate and informative. I highly recommend as I was in care with them for over 2 years."
"I had my first appt here today & I have never had such a pleasant experience in a doctor's office. Everyone I interacted with from the front desk to the pharmacy was so kind and respectful. I saw Sara Hauke & they listened to my concerns & took them seriously. They discussed in length my new medications, what they are for, and any possible side effects."
"This place has been completely unhelpful and extremely incompetent. The vast majority of the staff also seems to not care or not know about basic trans issues. After waiting for a month so I could get seen, I went in and was immediately greeted by overhearing a conversation between two of the staff where they misgendered my doctor. The rest of the appointment went well, and I did get my prescription. The doctor immediately screwed up though by sending it to the wrong pharmacy, though they did later fix their mistake. After it was sent to my pharmacy, the pharmacy contacted me for some more info. I sent a MyChart message to my doctor asking for that info. They did not respond for a week. It took me calling Equitas and leaving them a voicemail telling them to respond to me for them to actually do so. They sent the info to the pharmacy, and then I didn't talk to them for a couple of months since I had no reason to. This week I had a check-up appointment for a video visit. The first thing I had to do to prepare for it was cancel the original appointment since the doctor put it down for in-person. When the actual day for the appointment rolled around, the person who called me for check-in again misgendered my doctor. My doctor was slightly late for the appointment, and when they showed up, we couldn't get zoom to work so they asked me for a number they could call me at so we could still have the appointment. I gave them the number, and they never called me. It's been 5 months since I first tried this place to get hrt. I have not gotten my hrt, though that's more the fault of my insurance than theirs. This place has not made the experience any easier, though. I would have had to drop this place soon anyway due to life, but I definitely won't miss running around like a headless chicken trying to fix their mistakes. Just don't even try to go here."
"This is a shout out to Liz!!!! Girl you rock so much! In my 3 years of being your patient, you always go above and beyond to make sure all of my medical needs are fulfilled. Idk where i would be if i never came to Equitas. This awesome place and top notch care has truly saved my life. I always look forward to coming in! Liz is the BEST!!"
"A diamond in the rough. DID YOU KNOW THAT THIS PLACE IS NON - PROFIT AND AND THAT ALL PROCEEDS BENEFIT CLINIC AND PHARMACY VISITORS? It seems way too nice to be a NON-PROFIT? THEY HAVE GENERAL PRACTITIONERS WHO WILL SEE ANYONE. What a pleasant surprise. Their pharmacy is outstanding - more medications than Kroger Pharmacy, plus the staff is friendly and kind. I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door. I have lived in East Walnut Hills for almost 20 years and never knew that this place was here. They apparently opened in March, right before Covid started. I came to get my Covid booster and a flu shot. I got right in and right out. I cannot say enough good about this place. By the Cadillac place on Gilbert. There is parking behind the place in their lot. I cannot say enough good about this place, and I am quite I often a creep. Kind of like people at the Kroger pharmacy or CVS down the street. Plus it’s for a good cause. A+++"
