"My daughter is a student at UC and she needed to be seen rather quickly. We got in and out fast. Everyone was pleasant. They ran a couple of tests and she was positive for the flu. They called her in a prescription and hopefully she is on the mend. I would recommend this walk in clinic if you can't get to your primary care."

"The nurse and front desk staff were very friendly and timely. Everything was very normal for a walk in clinic. The doctor comes in maybe 5 minutes after the nurse leaves the room. The doctor doesn’t even come into the room fully. Doesn’t close the door. Doesn’t sit down. Literally just stands in the door way and says “what’s the problem?” And I reiterate what I told the nurse. Before I could even finish my sentence he cuts me off and says “here is a prescription for this antibiotic you’re good to go.” And walks away. He never looked at the infection. How could he look when he never even got within 3 feet of me? The most unprofessional doctor I have ever encountered. He did not care and just wanted me out the door. Like I said the nurse and receptionist were both very kind and professional but the doctor was awful."

"Literally go anywhere else. I have bronchitis and I only know that because I went to a different urgent care who did way more then location. I went to this location a week ago complaining about a million symptoms. The doctor only looked in my mouth and left. He never listened to my breathing or anything. The doctor said I probably have covid or the flu. The nurse tested me both and of course it came back negative. The nurse was even confused on why she was testing me for the flu because my symptoms didn't fit. I felt like I was dying forever due to the doctor not even doing there damn job right. Thanks for wasting my time"

"I love this Urgent Care. I have been coming here over a decade. It affordable for ppl with out insurance. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their service is speedy. Prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy of your choose. I would highly recommend."
