"I absolutely love Dr. Mangold .I can't belive that this,Doctor is receiving bad review's. Mercy Hospital is another story. I wouldn't take anyone in that Hospital. The Doctors are the worst. They are arrogant rude,uncaring.let me say One out of 3 Doctors in Mercy was awesome. His name was Dr.Gay. The nurses were awesome. I had a nickname for one. Doctor. I really can't post that. I'm making my appointment, today with. Dr.Mangold."

"I was a little worried after seeing the reviews here but he turned out to be a great doctor. He has no problem explaining what's going on and doesn't rush you out. I don't leave a lot of reviews but he's knowledgeable and I would recommend him."

"TL;DR Everyone is rude, save your time and go somewhere else. I called in December to make an appointment, they scheduled me for a date in January, even got the confirmation phone call for the date. However, when I showed up, they said my appointment was the day before and I was marked a no show. They offered to see me that day, but couldn't get me in for 2 more hours and I couldn't leave the office on the chance he could bring me back early. I had my daughter with me so had to decline the offer and scheduled my appointment for a later date. When I got there Dr. Manegold walked in and said in a very degrading tone "your symptoms your describing are something you've already been diagnosed with, is there anything else I can help you with?" When I told him I hadn't ever had these symptoms, he said "try this med, come back in a month" and walked out. I made my appointment for a month out (being tomorrow), hoping he had just had an off day and would be better next visit. However, I am unable to keep my appointment tomorrow and just called to reschedule and the woman at the front desk said, "looks like you've already been a no show once and rescheduled once, are you sure you're going to be able to make this appointment if I change it?" sorry but that is just so rude to me, the no show was not my fault and I've never rescheduled anything at their office before. Additionally, isn't it better to reschedule than to simply not show up?? Everyone in that office is rude, I will not be going back."
