"I have been a patient here for several years now. When the doctors leave they consider you a new patient and it takes MONTHS to get you in for an appointment. I am not a new patient. It is not my fault the doctor left the practice. Then they don’t send your prescription to the pharmacy."

"I received excellent care from this team for my recent pregnancy and delivery. All three providers were caring and professional, and a core team of MAs was warm, proficient, and helpful. Scheduling was pretty convenient most of the time. Since it’s a smaller office, there were occasional appointment changes due to deliveries in progress. The hospital where this team delivers also has stellar nurses, large delivery rooms, and a good environment."

"The standard reply on these reviews tells you to “contact the patient experience team” however, the patient experience team is a recording where you can leave a voicemail that claims you’ll be contacted within 24 hours. I called 3 times last week with no response still. I have no choice but to contact an attorney."

"I waited 2 months for an appointment here at 18 weeks pregnant. It finally came time for my appointment and I did not have childcare. They said I could bring an adult but could not bring my daughter. Not sure how an adult is less of a covid risk than a child but whatever. The receptionist had a Manger call me. The manager then refused me medical care and banned me from the st elizabeth office WITHOUT INFORMING ME. I was not properly dismissed and I still do not know if I can visit any other st elizabeth location or emergency department. The only reason I found out they banned me is because I went online to pre register for my appointment and it was gone. I then called the office and was informed that I was banned from receiving care. All because I have a daughter and nobody to watch her."

"Wish I could give it a zero.... This office has changed from completely amazing to completely trash since the last time I'd been there, prior to becoming St Elizabeth. They do not care about the patients anymore, it's is obviously you're just another number now and the front desk staff is the rudest andoat unprofessional people I have met. They don't tell you upfront about their changed policies and when I actually had an issue and needed to speak with someone regarding my pregnancy, I was met with well we can't help you. Like what kind of Drs office is this anymore!?"
