"I've been trying to make an appt for 2-3 mos at this location. I left VM twice. I did receive a call back a few weeks ago; the woman told me that they haven't filled the provider spot yet and she wasn't sure when? I hope it's a working clinic soon. I hate to see this happening, as we need more primary care providers in the area. Thank you for letting me share concerns."

"Everyone in the office is always so kind and polite. Me and my children have been going there for years. We have never had an issues and eveeyone has always shown us respect and kindness. Not only do they run the mercy health office but they do alot of things with the school. Rachel did girls on the run with my daughter and i have seen her and others do different activities with the kids at the school. I wish i coukd give them more stars because i would."

"The lady in the office was BEYOND RUDE!!! Very unprofessional and they don’t even have a real doctor in the building. Just someone who practices medicine but isn’t even a certified doctor. Very disappointed, and upset with them. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The lady in front desk doesn’t know what she is doing and needs to be fired!!!"
