"I was calling to get information in regards to covid testing and the lady said I could receive PPO if I test positive I asked if that was still happening because it used to be a thing when covid was prominent with every workplace... And she was quick to say I dunno I don't work there.... How rude of carol.. then called back after I cursed her out to apologize bc she "was busy taking or putting in her hearing aid... Very unprofessional.. why would I want to receive care from this establishment when I was talked to like an idiot... Never"

"This place is a disaster. Nobody seems to know how to work the computer, there were multiple private discussions about patients broadcast to the entire waiting room as the front desk staff chittered about them to one another, and during my exam, another member of the staff just..walked in. No knocking, no regard for the state of dress I was in, she just walked right in and grabbed what she needed before leaving again. The amount of HIPAA violations this place is surely responsible for in a given day must be insane. If you can go somewhere else, do yourself a favor and go there instead."

"Very unprofessional staff and I feel the medical advice/expertise was not proficient. The staff were nice to me, but do not show professionalism as a whole in the office. The first time I went was slightly better, but I had to go back today and was not impressed, unfortunately. Hopefully it will improve in the future. Thank you!"
