"wait was fast and front desk was nice. however, the doctor who saw me (unsure of her name - did not introduce herself) only spent a total of 30 seconds in the room. listened to my lungs very quickly and dismissed all of my concerns. i went for difficulty breathing and chest pain and was told i have a cold and “nothing fancy” like covid or the flu. edit: went to the doctor and i have a collapsed lung"

"Brought my 3 week old daughter in tonight for congestion, I’ve never been more impressed by an urgent care. The doctor (younger guy glasses) was absolutely incredible with her and very knowledgeable. The Secretary and medical assistant were both excellent. 10/10 recommend."

"Second time going here. Both times the wait was reasonable and the nurse and PA were accommodating of challenges associated with a special needs child or a young child. The PA answered all of my questions and was proactive in possible diagnoses but not to an extreme."

"I was hesitant to go here today fpr my 9 uear old because we have been to this urgent care a handful of times before and in the past the provider was abrasive and judgemental. We ended up going because accessibility and hours are honestly the best compared to other local clinics/urgent cares, it's cost efficient, and to my surprise today was the first time I felt VALIDATED by the medical staff. We were in and out quickly and the providers on staff today were fantastic. It sounds like they have new staff and I am very pleased with who they have on board."

"I came in around 6:09 pm tonight, and the medical assistant had me checked in within 5 minutes. I was seen by the Dr in the next 5 minutes. 2 minutes later the medical assistant was administrating my treatment with a quickness. I was out the door feeling so well taken care of by 6:30. I truly don't get this top notch care at my primary dr."
