"My experience here was a mix of feelings. Nurse Practioner Amy Hummel I loved, she's a doll. But staff is another story. The phone is never answered by same person twice. They are always hanging on their cell phones. And if you put a message in my chart. It's answered 98% of the time by Tonya; whom is rude and lies. She puts no effort to help you."

"When I first walked in I was invited with a friendly greeting. I had a very short wait. Doctor Meyer was very friendly and how she was very concerned about me as a patient. I would suggest Aurora primary care to everyone!"

"I had an appointment on Wednesday 4/5/2023 to follow up on my cholesterol levels to see if the medication I started taking in 2022 was helping or needed to be adjusted, and to discuss an alternative I was considering (CBD oil) to the current medications I'm taking for anxiety and depression, and the contraindications of using it with my these medications. During the appointment I was pleased with "extra mile" the attending physician seemed to be taking in regard to the additional labs she wanted to order along with the cholesterol lab (as I had told her my good and bad days were on a roller coaster) she advised me she would discuss the contraindication with one of my medicines with a pharmacy colleague she works with and would get back with me on Thursday 4/6/2023 with that information and my lab results. I never received any call Thursday, so I called Friday 4/7/2023 and spoke with office personnel and explained I was to receive a call Thursday (and didn't) I advised her all to be discussed, lab results, etc.. and she said she would relay my message. Unfortunately I wasn't available to take the call Friday, but did have permission on my chart "okay to leave detailed messages" so the voice message I received Friday afternoon was only information that all the additional labs ordered were normal, and the cholesterol results were "borderline" no number for my cholesterol was left on the message, so I had no way of knowing if the level had gone up or down, or if medication was going to be adjusted and no information about physician discussion with pharmacy colleague about the contraindications of CBD oil and my current anti depressant. So, I called back Monday 4/10/2023 and spoke with "Kodi" (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) explained same thing I did with office personnel Friday, she gave me my cholesterol numbers (they have only dropped 2 points). She said she will send my concerns to 'her/the clinical team' I completely get that doctors a very busy people so I have allowed the whole of last week to hear something, but here it is 4/17/2023 and still no call. I am I'm very disappointed and feel that the quality of patient care ended when I walked out the door after my appointment 4/5/2023"

"I can not give these ladies enough praise!! The girls up front are always on top of whatever is needed. They are friendly and knowledgeable always with a smile. They will learn your name quickly and you become a part of their family. The nurses are great and supportive when you need it. As for Dr. Gibson (the only dr I have experience with there), is the sweetest most down to earth doctor I have ever had. Need a hug, you got it. A piece of advice, she's got it in a knowledgeable and down to earth way. I can't say enough about her. Need a doc? Give them a call. Stay healthy all!"
