"I worked here for 8 months. The doctors are wonderful but the billing management is not what I expected. I should have known by the way others were talked about that I would be talked about also. The billing manager had a personal issue she would speak to everyone about and I made a comment just saying I felt sorry for the other person. I admit I was wrong for even commenting and I take accountability. Ever since then my comfortability with the company went to zero. She would speak to me some days but other days act like I didn’t exist. I would say hello or good morning and get ignored. She would walk past me like I was a stranger. If you’re not on her side then you might as well brace yourself because you are a topic of conversation especially the one that sits in the office with her. I got tired of being treated like my work ethic and what I had to offer the company didn’t matter. I traveled 60 miles a day to and from. I did what was expected of me. The talk of not having an office in Anderson which means I would have to travel far or have no job placement scared me. With that being said I was tired of the back and forth and the drama. I grabbed my stuff and left. It hurt because I loved being there so much it was my place to be away from what I had to deal with at home. I would have stayed there probably retired if given the chance. I will not work with people who are toxic and use tactics to make others feel uncomfortable. I go through that enough and shouldn’t have to come to work and deal with it either. Thank you to the doctors for the opportunity!"
